About

I am an  Assistant Professor at Dominican University. Between 2012-2014, I worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oberlin College. Between 2010-2012, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the laboratory of Alex Cordoba at the Institute of Ecology in the National Autonomous University of Mexico. In 2009, I completed my doctoral studies in Greg Grether’s lab in UCLA’s department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. My research interests span diverse topics related to sexual selection and diversification of odonates.
